Adam Daffurn
Adam Daffurn is a composer, songwriter and producer, from Herefordshire. With musical genres never an issue, his work ranges from soundtracks for hard hitting documentaries and short films, TV adverts, along with band production, educational videos and even children's songs, as well as multiple personal musical projects.
In 2019 he scored the beautifully shot, Australian feature: Half a Million Steps – an uplifting film which went on to play a big role in securing $305 million in government funding and in changing current drug policy in the country. While 2020 saw the release of Ten Dollar Death Trip – a raw and truly harrowing documentary about the fentanyl crisis in Canada and the US, featuring Adam's original and suitably gritty soundtrack. This led on to being asked to create the music for a short animation for the Global Commission on Drug Policy in 2021. A trailer/sizzle reel for the next film Adam will be working on: Feel the Burn, which is currently in production can be found online. This documentary follows a UK firefighter on a soul searching, cinematic journey across the Saharan Desert, aiming to break down the stigma around men's mental health.

Adam has also created music for various record labels, including subsidiaries of BMG, APM, Lemon Cake and The Hit Music Group.
Adam is also the co founder of the voice over and production company 'Daffurn Sounds' who have worked on a huge variety of projects, including audio for companies such as Red Bull, Shell, The Anne Frank House and many others. You can find out more about the services offered at www.daffurnsounds.com
